Since season is over haven't checked the food plots in a couple of weeks--wow---they are getting hammered by the deer. Going to have to make it larger next fall for sure. Here is a pic I took in early fall as the plot was growing--you can see how tall it is and thick.

Here is a current pic of the same spot---all the foliage on the rape and turnips have been eaten. The clover, chicory, and trefoil from the Hamann Farms Seed Blend is being mowed to the ground. Hopefully, it will start getting some spring growth soon.

Here are few of the half eaten turnips. The plot is like walking on a land mind from all the pulled up and partially eaten turnips. Funny thing is I have always read that deer have to learn to eat certain new foods. This is the 3rd year that I have planted turnips and the first year they have actually eaten the turnip itself.
