Default Starting a QDMA chapter

I've been talkin to a few buddies about starting a N Alabama QDMA chapter. Can you explain how to do this. Also, what would be the benifits in doing this? Would qdma help with a seminar in N Alabama? THANKS!!!

Alabama is in the Southeast Region which is does not have a Regional Director. The closest RD is J. B. Wynn in the Southwest Region. Contact J. B. at 903-235-4921, or call the office at 800-209-3337 and ask for Genice Foster. Though Genice may have you call J. B. as he is probably the person who would give a presentation for your group.

Branches are required to hold a minimum of two events per year, a fund raising banquet and an educational event. Many Branches hold a food plot day for their educational event. Some Branches will hold events almost monthly. Keep an eye on the Events section of the QDMA website for an idea of what some Branches do to raise money and promote QDM.

Thanks for the interest, PLEASE give me a call! We have had two attempts fail in N Al., I was involved in the most recent. Have been speaking to the Central Al.
