Default 3 1/2 yr old ??????





I think he is only 3 1/2 but hard to tell from this photo what do you guys think? Should I take him down given the chance or let him go another year? he would be a whopper if everything went right.

PA...that is a tough angle but is a great deer. I think it depends on your property size and surrounding areas. I've hunted and worked with many different landowners in my home state. If you have 100 acres and surrounding neighbors that will kill this deer in a heartbeat, then I would harvest him. If you have more land then you could risk it...any other pictures of him would be beneficial. PM me if you have any questions.

Really nice rack that would be hard to pass. I agree he may only be 3.5, but if he meets your management goals he would definitely be considered a shooter by most hunters

Nothern deer are not my forte but I'd say upper 130's gross.
